William Clifford DC
Dr. William Clifford DC is a seasoned chiropractor specializing in pain management services for individuals of all ages, including children and adults.
Dr. William Clifford is a 1994 graduate of the New York Chiropractic College.
He is certified as a supervising chiropractor with physical therapy privileges, as well as being a certified medical examiner.
I started the practice as Clifford Chiropractic Center in 1998, changed the name to Living Well Healthcare in 2020 when I added Krissy Oudinot, CRNP to the team. In 2008 voted favorite chiropractor in Cecil County and again as a favorite in 2021 by the readers of the Cecil Whig. I am a member of the International Chiropractic Association.

Outside of work I enjoy many outdoor activities and I am currently working on getting my private pilot's certificate.
