Dr. William Clifford, D.C. Living Well Healthcare

Dr. William Clifford is a 1994 graduate of the New York Chiropractic College. He is certified as supervising chiropractor with physical therapy privileges, as well as being a certified medical examiner.

I started the practice as Clifford Chiropractic Center in 1998, changed the name to Living well Healthcare in 2020 when I added Krissy Oudinot, CRNP to the team. In 2008 voted favorite chiropractor in cecil county and again as a favorite in 2021 by the readers of the Cecil Whig. I am a member of the International Chiropractic Association.

Outside of work I enjoy many outdoor activities and I am currently working on getting my private pilots certificate.
