William Clifford DC
Dr. William Clifford DC is a seasoned chiropractor specializing in pain management services for individuals of all ages, including children and adults.
Dr. William Clifford is a 1994 graduate of the New York Chiropractic College.
He is certified as a supervising chiropractor with physical therapy privileges, as well as being a certified medical examiner.
I started the practice as Clifford Chiropractic Center in 1998, changed the name to Living Well Healthcare in 2020 when I added Krissy Oudinot, CRNP to the team. In 2008 voted favorite chiropractor in Cecil County and again as a favorite in 2021 by the readers of the Cecil Whig. I am a member of the International Chiropractic Association.

Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner
Krissy A. Oudinot MSN, FNP, B-C
Krissy A. Oudinot MSN FNP, B-C graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science In Nursing from Alvernia College in 1999. Krissy’s career as a Registered Nurse included working in the operating room as well as in occupational health.
Krissy furthered her education by graduating with a Master’s of Science in Nursing in 2004 from Millersville University. She is board certified by the ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has vast experience in orthopedic surgery, specializing in spine surgery. She then pursued her Nurse practitioner career in occupational health, treating a wide variety of orthopedic and spine injuries. Krissy is also a certified medical examiner for the FMCSA since 2013. In 2020 Living Well Healthcare was formed by integrating medical and chiropractic treatment of non-surgical orthopedic and spine conditions.
